Phil has 24 years experience in the swimming pool business and started Pool Liners Plus, Inc. in the year 2000.  Since 2000 alone he has personally installed over 1000 liners.   Phil’s company has the most expertise at installing liners, from rectangle to the most difficult shapes while providing the highest quality vinyl liners.
